Fees

We are a private billing practice. Payment is required on the day of your appointment and can be made by cash, EFT, or Credit Card. We can process your Health Fund rebate immediately so you only pay the gap.

We offer the initial consultation and then subsequent 30-minute, 45-minute, and 60-minute appointments depending on the complexity of your condition or conditions. Our front desk team will help you with selecting the best session time for you.

Exercise classes: Physioform is our unique group class that incorporates the benefits of evidence-based physiotherapy methods utilising some Pilates techniques while incorporating weights, balance, and stretching to produce a well-balanced body movement program for you. These can be paid in group packs or on a casual basis.

To assist with Practice business operations a gap fee may be applied to the bulk billing  for the following groups: Please speak with the reception

Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM) or EPC via Medicare referral from your GP

Workcover

Compulsory Third Party (CTP)

Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)

Please let our Administration staff know at the time of booking if you are planning to use one of these forms of payment.
