Physiotherapists

Philippa Williams

  • Philippa completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at The University of Queensland. She is a Principal and a Director at South City Physiotherapy Centre.
  • She is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy group.
  • Philippa has extensive experience in treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. While favouring a "hands on" approach, she also has an interest in rehabilitation exercise, pilates and the management of chronic conditions.

Katrina Milicich

  • Katrina Milicich has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy from WA and a post graduate qualification in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. This means keeping up-to-date with the latest research and maintaining high-level clinical expertise through a compulsory continuing education scheme.
  • She is also a Bradcliff certified practitioner trained in the treatment of Breathing Pattern Disorders and Hyperventilation Syndrome.
  • Katrina is a principal and a Director at South City Physiotherapy Centre.

Jay Whittem

  • Jay graduated with a bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland.
  • Since graduation Jay has worked with a varied caseload of musculoskeletal problems. He has completed post graduate courses in lower limb biomechanics, shoulder injury treatment and neck pain management, studying the most recently researched techniques and treatments.
  • His treatment philosophy is to provide a holistic approach to each patient incorporating clinical judgement with evidence based management.
  • Outside work, Jay is a keen outdoorsmen with sailing and surfing particular passions.

Ann Ryan

  • Ann graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
  • She has a keen interest in all areas of physiotherapy and practices using both a manual and exercise based form of treatment. Since graduating she has attained a high level of Pilates training successfully completing up to level 3 of equipment pilates.

Administration

Gayle O'Shea

  • Gayle O'Shea has been Practice Manager at South City Physiotherapy since 1996 and Senior Practice Manager since 2002.
  • She is involved with all the day to day business of running the practice and is available to discuss any non-clinical issues you may have.

Rachel Rundle

  • Rachel joined South City Physiotherapy in 2007.
  • She works alongside Gayle in the administrative area of the business. She is available to help with any non-clinical requirements you may have.
